The Gage Chicago, IL

I've been doing a lot of networking over lunch these days and lucky for me the delicious food in Chicago rarely disappoints. I ordered the seared scallop salad at The Gage. Incredible. The scallops were perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The crunchy pickled onions add texture and brightened up the rich protein. Stay hungry!
